THE WORLD AND SHORTAGE OF LEADERS





In this age, an age which began with the Second World War, the world suffers from lack of good, if at all, exceptional leaders.
 Everyone wants to be a leader and can tell most eloquently, what makes a good leader.
Just move a little closer to them and you may find out they are not leaders.

Many people foolishly believe it is a shame to be a follower, but it is not true, because no one can become a leader, without first being a follower. 
However, the world is filled with followers, but many of them never and will never develop to the ranking file of leaders, if at all, the good ones, because they are not willing to follow intelligently.

The above statement confirms the fact that it takes only an intelligent follower to be an intelligent leader and efficient leader. It is a shame that the world is filled with people who do not know how to follow intelligently.
It is no surprise therefore that there is a universal lack of good and exceptional leaders.

Some people foolishly believe it take positions to be leaders. It is not true! Positions do not make leaders, it only enhance leadership qualities.
Anyone who cannot operate in his capacity as a leader, even without position will flop with positional leadership.

Some people won’t act in a team, where they are not recognized as the majority leader.
These types of people do not act, until they are given position and recognized as number one in the group.
That sort of disposition is not of a leader.
It only shows one may be suffering from a personality disorder, known as narcissism.

According to my research in my book:  “HOW WE BECAME NARCISSISTS”, politics is a safe haven for most narcissists. It is as a result of narcissism that we have corrupt government officials and undeveloped communities, and lack of continuation in government.  It will be right to say that narcissism causes shortage of leadership.

In fact, the best way to know you are not a leader is to ignore the opportunity to know about narcissism, which prevents people from becoming leaders.
It takes only leaders to learn about anything that could stop them from functioning in their capacity as leaders and begin to work on it.

HOLINESS AND VIRGINITY

Talking about virginity to some people, you are indirectly talking about holiness, but have we ever tried to ask what the differences are? Does virginity have anything to do with holiness? Maybe we just don’t define them rightly. Now let’s define them. According to Oxford Dictionary, holy from which holiness is derived are defined as follows: 1. Morally and spiritually excellent or perfect, and to be revered. 2. Belonging to or devoted to God. 3. consecrated, sacred. [Old English: related to *whole] Let’s talk the meaning of virginity just as well. Virginity means remaining a virgin and according to Oxford Dictionary virgin is defined as follows: 1. Person who has never had sexual intercourse. 2. (The Virgin) Christ's mother Mary. 3. (The Virgin) sign or constellation Virgo. —adj. 1 not yet used etc. 2. Virginal. [Latin virgo -gin-] All the above definitions of virgin points to one thing: natural state of something; a state of not being utilized.
