SRAF LAUNCHES E-SEMINARS, ONLINE SKILL ACQUISITION TRAINING

After the success of SRAF Awards – 2017, SRAF has come up for the first time this year, a twin of initiatives, namely, E-Seminars and Online Skills Acquisition Trainings.
These are aimed at capacity building, which encourages the use of talents and skills, in connection with passion, for the benefit of individuals and the society as a whole. This fits into the vision and goal of the organization.

SRAF E-seminars are periodic Seminars & lectures which take place on SRAF online platforms.
It is also another way in which we aim to encourage people to invest in self-development, by acquiring the right form of information and education in this age of over-information, which will lead to the development of the society as a whole.

It is also a platform for our resource persons, whose lecture/seminar materials will be converted to PDF, promoted and sold on another yet to be launched initiative, SRAF READ AND WIN, with some percentage shared with them as agreed.

Online Skills Acquisition Trainings is an initiative based on skills acquisition, wherein people pay to be trained a basic skills online, in order to make them productive and relevant to the society. 
Professional resource persons will be will be hired to undertake these sessions in a closed group, which contains only those that pay to take part in the training. The groups will be disbanded immediately after each training.

SRAF is focused on building a generation of people who will earn living with their talents and learnt skills in connection with their passion. This, we feel is the right form of education and will reform the sick educational system and create more employers of labours, who will not always depend on what the country will do for them, but what they will do for their country.

SRAF is not focused on a single talent or skill; we can take up any talent and skill at any time, as long as they help us fulfill our mission.
The maiden edition of the newly reformed E-seminar takes place on the 28th February, while a lecture titled “How To Discover And Make The Best Use of Your Potentials”, while the maiden edition of Online Skills Acquisition Training takes place next month.

HOLINESS AND VIRGINITY

Talking about virginity to some people, you are indirectly talking about holiness, but have we ever tried to ask what the differences are? Does virginity have anything to do with holiness? Maybe we just don’t define them rightly. Now let’s define them. According to Oxford Dictionary, holy from which holiness is derived are defined as follows: 1. Morally and spiritually excellent or perfect, and to be revered. 2. Belonging to or devoted to God. 3. consecrated, sacred. [Old English: related to *whole] Let’s talk the meaning of virginity just as well. Virginity means remaining a virgin and according to Oxford Dictionary virgin is defined as follows: 1. Person who has never had sexual intercourse. 2. (The Virgin) Christ's mother Mary. 3. (The Virgin) sign or constellation Virgo. —adj. 1 not yet used etc. 2. Virginal. [Latin virgo -gin-] All the above definitions of virgin points to one thing: natural state of something; a state of not being utilized.
