THE TRUTHS ABOUT THE IDENTITY OF JESUS CHRIST

THE WORD NAMED JESUS
(THE COMPLETE SERIES)

Series 1
NEITHER HUMAN NOR A PROPHET

Talking about Jesus Christ, the first thing that comes to mind is Christianity, a religion but Jesus came for the secular world and he didn’t establish any religion.
Jesus is a necessity for the world not to be limited any religion however; the religious cults have limited him to themselves and to others alone. Some call him human being, some say he's a prophet all in support of their religious believes but none of these truly define Jesus.
There is a general believe in the Christendom that Jesus was 100% God; 100% Man, That's a very wrong school of thought. I’ve heard people say they saw Jesus in their dreams; a very handsome Whiteman in white robe, that’s always the picture, if most of them had seen an ugly black man in black robes; they would have said they saw the devil even though he reveals the mind of God. If it was true they saw Jesus then it was God trying to speak to them using what they believe Jesus to be and that testifies to the fact that they don’t have the real idea of Jesus’ identity. Some call him prophet but they are also wrong.

The Muslims finds fault with Christians’ worship of Jesus Christ, they say there is only one God which is Allah, who they believe doesn't have any biological son or equal as the Christians tries to make Jesus look with him. They are partly right; God is one and has no biological son.
No one who claims to know God will accept it when any man claims to be equal with him; this was the same problem the Jews had with Jesus.
One thing is synonymous with the Jews and the present day Muslims that reject Jesus Christ as the son of God; they all see him as human being and lack the basic knowledge as regard why he's the son of God. If Jesus was human being as made look then, one must be credited for denying him as the son and equal to God; we all know no human being can be equal to God. Thank God for those who are saved by believing (accepting Jesus as their lord. However, lack of proper understanding of who Jesus really is affect their abilities to save others by telling them about him which is their most reasonable service.

Series 2
EQUALITY WITH GOD AGAINST MORAL HUMILITY

The Muslims believe Jesus was an exceptional prophet of God who didn't commit any sin, ascended to heaven instead of dying like normal human being and will still come back. However, they relegate his ministry for Mohammed’s who they believe was the last prophet and has come to complete what Jesus didn't.
They believe Mohammed died like other human beings and will not be coming back.
If Jesus was truly human being and prophet as the Muslims believe then they would have been half-credited for their believe but they are wrong not to have found out the truth about Jesus beyond what was written in their Qur’an and what the Christians say because God is one, religion is another and they often don’t relate thus it is profitable to know God beyond any religions’ recommendations of him.

The Muslims believe in the ministry of Jesus Christ but deny that he is the son of God who died for their sins. I was once talking to a Muslim girl about Jesus Christ, she claimed she know him but rebuked him when I asked her to confess him as the son of God and her savior. She believed Jesus was only a prophet not the son of God or her savior.
Muslims feel it is arrogance to see oneself as child of God as Christians admit or even equal to him as Jesus is seen thus, they try to maintain their humility and follow Mohammed who they feel didn't count himself equal to God but worshipped him as due.

They try to live as righteous as they can and obey the laws as written in the Quran which they believe was inspired by God; they make effort to remain humble but such activities would have made the most sense in the Old Testament.
Their undoing is rooted in their belief of Jesus as human being and a prophet.
However, the Christians make matters worse for them by making them believe they must live like Jesus Christ to be acceptable to God but unknown to many of them, there are mightier miracles of Jesus recorded in the Qur'an that are not in the Bible and having already known Jesus was exceptional with no sin, the Muslims see Christians as hypocrites to say they are living like Jesus or can live like him and doing so is the only thing pleasing to God when it is impossible for them to live perfectly without sins as Jesus Christ did.

Series 3
SEEING THE WORD CLEARLY WITHOUT RELIGIONS’ LENSES

In order to see clearly and acquire the knowledge that matters, we need to remove our religions eyes glasses. If truly many have been seeing without their religions lenses, I am sure they would have discovered the true identity of Jesus but even most of those who claim to live like him after accepting him as lord do not also know his true identity.
I do not write in favor of or against any religion, I am simply writing from the very best perspective having garnered knowledge from sources that align with the knowledge of God and confirmed their agreement with direct inspirations from him. If I make use of any scripture it is not because they belong to a certain religion but because they align with the best perspective regardless of religions that make use of them.

It is no doubt that Jesus is a significant pillar of faith, that even those who refuse to believe in him cannot deny his awesomeness. The nature speaks in his favor, times and events are defined after him, the world calendar started counting after his death and his birth is the boundary between this dispensation and those of old.
Why will almost everything in the world center on him?
Do you think these things are just mere coincidences?
Do you think they were framed up by some Christian folks in order to make people practice their religion?
If the two world’s most significant religions books: the Bible and the Quran talks about him and scholars and historians who are not particularly religious confirms these facts, do you think they are flukes?
Now, who is Jesus?

According to John the Baptist his forerunner, Jesus is the word of God, in reference to him he said:
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[2] The same was in the beginning with God.
[3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made."
John 1:1-3 KJV.
Jesus is also referred to as Word" from God in three passages in the Quran:
"…O Mary! Behold, God gives you good news of a word from Him, who shall become known as the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary..
." (Quran 3:45)
"…The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of God, and His word which He conveyed unto Mary..." (Quran4:171)
"…God gives you good news of (a son whose name is) John, (who comes) to confirm a word from God…"
(Quran 3:39).

These three passages in the Quran confirms Jesus as the word from God and if at all the Muslims still choose to see him as a prophet they should realize that no other prophet has been described with such titles. Some passages in the Quran also refer to Jesus as “Spirit” from God, messiah and Mercy. The Quran also stated that God made the world through the word and hereby agrees with John’s submission in the Bible that without the word (Jesus) nothing was created. This means Jesus is the word through which God created all things including mankind.
….and without him was not any thing made that was made."
John 1:3
Let us take note of the names and titles given to Jesus even in the Quran such as, word from God, mercy, spirit from God and Jesus Christ and find out their meanings in order for us to discover his true identity and understand he’s not human.

Series 4
ROBOTIC NATURE OF JESUS CHRIST; HIS 100% DEPENDENCE ON GOD

The spirit from God as used in the Quran is referred to in the Bible as the Holy Ghost. However, Jesus was not the Holy Ghost but had the Holy Ghost in him. The Holy Ghost sustained him; inspired his revelations (utterances) and works while in the flesh for it is impossible for Jesus, the word of God to operate outside of him, having being separated from him (God). The word of God (Jesus) needed the spirit of God (Holy Ghost) to duel in the flesh and operate as human, according to john 1:14“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…”
John the Baptist has the best of inspiration regarding the identity of Jesus Christ.
He didn’t say Jesus was human being, referring to him he said the word became flesh”. However people believe since he did things as normal human beings, he’s human and that is what gave birth to the belief that he was 100% God; 100% man and that he’s a prophet in the Christendom and Islam respectively.

A lot of people don’t know that what makes human being is not the flesh but the spirit. The flesh was only given to be able to live on earth thus, what made Jesus was not the flesh but the spirit in him. However, he also needed the flesh to live on earth to be able to operate as human beings despite he wasn’t one. It was recorded that Jesus didn’t commit any sin while on earth and no human being has achieved that feat, not even Mary his mother that the Quran claimed did not commit sin.
If Jesus should spend a million years in the flesh, he won’t commit sins because the spirit in him is God’s, he does not have his own separate spirit aside God’s unlike human beings who have their own separate spirits which are in the likeness of God. He's like a Robot to God; he couldn’t decide against the will of God as human being can always choose to.

While it is impossible for Jesus to commit sins because he was controlled by the spirit of God, it is possible for human beings to commit sins even when they have the spirit of God. The difference is that Jesus (the word) depends on God’s spirit to operate as human in the flesh but human beings have their own separate spirits. They are made in the image of God with freewill which provides them the sovereign right to make choice whether to obey God or not.
Since the spirit in Jesus is that of God, John right to say: “and the Word was God”
Jesus cannot live away from the spirit of God in him thus the Muslims were right to call him the spirit from God.
Note that at the time he was in the world, there was no other prophet that said: “thus saith the Lord” God didn't speak to any man except the moments that helped to confirm the status of Christ as his son.

Series 5
THE WORD (JESUS) LEFT THE FLESH TO LIVE IN HUMAN BEINGS.

Jesus can’t live without the spirit of God in him whether in heaven or on earth thus he was right to say: “I and my father (God) are one”; they operate on the same spirit. However, when Jesus was about to ascend to heaven he told his disciples thus:
"However, I am telling you nothing but the truth when I say it is profitable (good, expedient, advantageous) for you that I go away. Because if I do not go away, the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you [into close fellowship with you]; but if I go away, I will send Him to you [to be in close fellowship with you].John 16: 7 AMP
Why was it good for Jesus to go?
Having finished his duty on earth, he had no business staying back in the flesh, he needed to return to God but still have to be with human beings and continue to show them the things God wants after they have received him. This is why he promised them the Holy Ghost.
With that, Jesus will no longer live in a separate flesh and talk to human beings, he comes inside of them after they confessed him as the son of God and their Lord. How does this happen?

Having finished his duty in the flesh which was to die for the sins of the world, God retrieved his (God’s) spirit with the flesh which sustained the word (Jesus Christ) on earth to be with him. Thus, as for many that believe in that word of God named Jesus Christ and confess him as their Lord, God gives the spirit which contains Jesus immediately, to tell them things to do just as it was with Jesus in the flesh. However, their knowledge of him determines his efficacy to them.
Referring to the Holy Ghost, Jesus said:
“[8] And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
[9] Of sin, because they believe not on me;” John 16:7-9 KJV
Reproving the world of sin does not mean the Holy Ghost will condemn anyone that err or tell them to fast in a bid to be forgiven. What does that are spirits of men based on what their conscience has been fed with as right and wrong and the devil in order to make them focus on what they call sins, not accept Jesus Christ and move away from God. The Holy Ghost is a comforter and his duty is not to remind you of your wrongs but to reveal to you the mind of God and tell you how to carry out the assignments he gave you regardless of how many times you fail.

Note that in verse 9 of Matthew 11 Jesus repeated:”Of sin, because they believe not on me” what does that mean to you?
Before I explain it, I have to prepare your mind further by quoting Jesus in Matthew 11: 28-30.
“Come to me all of you that are tired from carrying heavy loads and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke and put it on you, and learn from me because I am gentle and humble in spirit; and you will find rest.
30 for the yoke I will give you is easy, and the load I will put on you is light.”
Jesus was metaphorically referring to laws and huge doctrines derived from the laws as heavy loads and yoke respectively. He said his yoke is easy and the loads are light, how then will he convict people of their sins as the laws did?
Take note that Jesus didn’t say he won’t give any load or yoke but, he asserted they are easier compared to the previous ones.
One thing that make law heavy load is that it brings consciousness of sins and the consequences they attract, so if Jesus (now speaking through the Holy Ghost) is to convict people of their sins or show it to them, he will be giving them such heavy loads too. It is very simple, the loads Jesus said he will give are prompts of the Holy Ghost against our self-centered interests and the yoke as mentioned by him is preaching the word (Jesus).

To answer the question previously asked, Verse 9 of Matthew 11 “Of sin, because they believe not on me” this means the sinners are only those who do not believe in (accept) Jesus as their lord.
Let's dissect the statement from verse 8 where Jesus said the Holy Ghost will reprove the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. It is easy for any religious mind to applaud the reprove of the world of sins but the reprove of righteousness and judgment surely contradicts the person of God. How can God reprove righteousness and judgment?
However, verse 9 shows he was talking about those who do not believe in him.
Reproving the world of sins means they are still seen as sinners by God and he reproves them.
Reproving righteousness means even their acclaimed righteousness and religious activities are reproved by God.
Reproving judgment means God goes against their judgments and convictions which are based on the laws in order to please him.
Remember he said: I am the way, the truth and life; no one comes unto the father except by me.
He didn’t say I am ‘a’ that would have meant there are other ways, truths that is life, he used ‘the’ which suggested there is no other way except him.
Series 6
THE TRINITY ISSUE

There is another controversy that trails the identity of Jesus: trinity (the father, the son and the Holy Spirit). Majority of Christian faithful believe these are three different entities doing the same thing which is why after they accept Jesus, they pray for the Holy Ghost to come on them again. That’s lack of understanding. There is no difference between God, the Holy Ghost and Jesus; they are one and this proves the Muslims right to say God is one.
The Christians believe anyone who believes in Christ and is not morally sound or speaks in tongue hasn’t received the Holy Ghost, that’s false teaching. The only set of people that does not have the Holy Ghost in them is the people that do not accept Jesus Christ as their lord, who died for their sins.
If anyone receives Christ and is not morally sound it means he often chooses to disobey the spirit of God (Holy Ghost) in him who came on him immediately he accepted Jesus Christ.

The Holy Ghost is the spirit of God and Jesus, the word is what God communicates to people that have accepted him.  It was through the same word named Jesus which was given flesh to duel among men that God created all things thus both Jesus and the Holy Ghost are primary attributes of God; They have no identities of their own aside from God,
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made”
Jesus was the name given to that word and since lived among men, he was equivalent to God living among men.
This is why he was also named Emmanuel which means “God with us”.
The name Jesus was originated from the Aramaic word ‘Yehoshua’ and the earlier root was Joshua; Joshua was derived from the Jah in Jahveh meaning ‘Jehovah is salvation’ thus the name Jesus means ‘savior’.
According to the Bible and the Quran he was also named Christ; a name derived from Latin Christus in turn from the Greek Christos meaning the ‘Anointed one’ also known as messiah as used in both the Bible and the Quran. Jesus Christ literally means “The savior-anointed one” to make meaning out of the phrase we say he’s the “Anointed Savior”. Now the question will be: who anointed him?
Who has he come to save?
Series 7
THE ANOINTED LAMB OF GOD

According to John, the Baptist, his forerunner, who according to Quran 3: 39 was sent to confirm the word (Jesus), he is the Lamb of God.
“The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” John 1:29 KJV
John made it known in the above quote that Jesus was not to be limited to any religion, ethnic group or race; he came to take away the sins of the world not that of a certain religion, ethnic group or race alone. By calling Jesus the Lamb of God, John metaphorically confirmed two significant truths about him which are: Jesus was anointed by God to die for the sins of the world and that he is the only sacrifice accepted for forgiveness of sins.
The name 'Lamb of God' as used by John to describe Jesus allegorically explains his title as 'The Anointed One'.
In the Old Testament, lambs were used as sacrifices for sins and to appease God. Abel was the first man to do it and so did Abraham who the Muslims now follow his footstep to cleanse their sins with lambs once a year rejecting the sacrifice of Christ despite he is referred to as The Anointed One even in their Quran. Calling Jesus the Lamb of God was in reference to the old way of seeking forgiveness from God which he came to replace and established a new testament between God and man based on believing in him as the son of God who died for the sins of the world.

Nothing irritates the Muslims than the claim that Jesus is the son of God but David who is known as prophet Dauda in the Quran; the man after God's heart prophesied this about Jesus:
“…for You have exalted above all else Your name and Your word and You have magnified Your word above all Your name!” (Psalm 138:2 AMP)
David was not just talking, he was prophesying. He used "Word" as noun not "words” as adverb and the Word he was referring to is Jesus who both Quran and the Bible also confirm as the “Word from/of God”.
David was only revealing the mind of God as regard Jesus and it has come to pass in this form: God love human beings, want them to obey and listen to him which is a testimony to the fact that he exalts his name above all else but regardless of man's devotion to God and willingness to keep his commands, if they don't believe in Christ as his son who died for their sins, they will end up in hell which is the confirmation of David's prophesy that God magnifies his word(Jesus) above all his name.
You can’t claim to love the father and hate the son, Jesus himself told his disciples: if you love me, keep my commands thus you can’t claim to love God and reject his word (Jesus) who is the fulfillment of all his commandments.

Series 8
THE SON: THE FULFILLER AND FINISHER

The word of God (Jesus), referring to himself and his mission on earth revealed:
“For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten ([d]unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.” (John 3:16 AMP)
The nagging question that affects the acceptance of the revelation above is yet unanswered: did God give birth?
God did not give birth but he called the embodiment of his person, his word (Jesus) who according to David, he magnifies above all his name, his son, and whosoever believes in him automatically becomes a child of God too.
John who the Quran recognizes as the confirmer of the word (Jesus) confirmed this:
But as many as received him ,to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:(John 1:12 KJV). However, it is to be noted that this is spiritual birth not physical, the more you try to see it in natural perspective, the more confused you become and it will be hard to accept Jesus as God’s son.
If you truly believe God is omnipotent it won’t be difficult for you to believe in Jesus as his son; not believing in Jesus as the son of God is an evident that you don’t know God and being an atheist would have being more profitable.

The status of Christ as the son of God is no mystery just as God himself is not at all time mysterious to those who are willing to know him. Some people believe God is unknowable and I wonder why they worship what they don’t know. This is why is difficult for them to convince atheists that God exist and that Jesus is his son; you can’t convince others of who you don’t know. However being gullible to believe God exist and Jesus is son is the most profitable form of gullibility but, it is more profitable to find out the truth yourself.
Jesus said: “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. Matthew”. 5:17 KJV
However people don’t understand what this fulfillment of laws and the prophet means.
According to Longman dictionary, fulfill is a condition to reach a standard that is necessary especially one that has been officially decided. Before Jesus came, to be seen as Holy to God which was the officially decided standard to be in right standing with God, the laws had to be fulfilled but when Jesus came, he died to fulfill the laws and what the prophets has foretold and met the officially decided standard and condition for righteousness for whosoever receives him. It does not matter who you are, the word is “whosoever” not specified who should thus, if you believe in (accept) Jesus Christ as your lord and savior, you have automatically fulfilled the all the laws and are qualified to be called righteous and child of God.

Do you want to accept the word (Jesus Christ) into your life?
Say this out to yourself and mean it:
“OH LORD JESUS, I ACCEPT YOU AS THE SON OF GOD AND AS MY SAVIOR WHO DIED FOR MY SINS”.
You can take his yoke by telling people about him, mind you, don’t force people, it is ungodly to do so.
