HOW TO KNOW A SCAM PEER TO PEER DONATING PLATFORM (PONZI SCHEME)

Image
5 SIGNS THAT A PEER TO PEER DONATION PLATFORM IS A SCAM As a network marketer, it has become increasingly difficult to recruit people into some of the network businesses that I am involved in due to insurgence of scam platforms that use the strategy of networking to defraud people.  Most people don’t know the difference between a peer to peer platform and network marketing and once they are defrauded, they believe all are the same. A lot of schemes are created on daily basis by cunning IT professionals and website designers whenever they need money, most of them crash after two or more days of existence. A lot of people have lost their monies, this I say is due to their ignorance, because I was a victim too and I knew it was because I was an ignorant. Being a victim however spurred me to research and be able to recognize scam peer to peer donation platforms. Below are the indisputable  evidences that a peer to peer platform could be a scam. 1. HOW TO BECOME EXTRAORDINARY

Image
When I was growing up, the first quote I grew to know goes thus "Great men are ordinary men with extraordinary achievements". It was written on the wall of our classroom, I did not know who wrote it, not even the author, but I loved it. Later on I began to analyze the quote, the word extraordinary looks so big, but this is achieved by mere ordinary men. This means those that achieve extraordinary things are just men like you and I, they are not super humans. In my write-up about fear of criticism, I wrote about Mohammed's extraordinary achievements and how he found Islam, but someone argued with me, saying he is not ordinary man, that he's higher human being. That was only coming from religious bigotry. Mohammed was no higher human being, he was like every other person, but his achievements stood him out. Since Mohammed was human, nothing makes him higher human. There is no such word as higher human being, you are either human being or not. The differ...

AFRICAN YOUTH ARE TODDLERS; NOT FIT FOR LEADERSHIP!

Image
"Any society that neglects the strength of its youths, call for weak leadership and truncates its own future." - Soul'e Rhymez This could be the situation currently faced in most African countries.   If you look at the age range of people leading prominent African countries, you will agree with me that the youths are nowhere to be found, it's as if they don't exist. However, the older generation is not to blame, African youths are the problems of themselves!   We are just not equipped, we are not ready to lead, we still want to be fed like toddlers by our parents and no sane parent puts responsibilities in the hands of a toddler. African youths are toddlers; not fit for leadership! Whether the above statement makes sense to you or not, whether you are guilty or not, it doesn't stop the fact that it is the way our parents, who currently occupy leadership positions in our various countries see it. They don't just trust us and we have not p...

DON’T BLAME THE SYSTEM; YOUR FAILURE IS NOT THE FAILURE OF THE SYSTEM!

Just before I decided to redefine education, I got admission on merit to study English Language in Unilag. Getting this admission was to me and to people around me a remarkable achievement before I learnt otherwise. I got it when everyone seemed to believe it took only those that are connected to get it. I was just an unconnected chap from Kogi State, I knew no one in Unilag and that administration was what took me to the school for the very first time. Being a native of Kogi State reduced my chances of ever securing admission in the acclaimed prestigious school, because Kogi is not their catchment area, but I got it. A lot of people have tried and failed, blaming the school for their failures, some wouldn't even try, because it was too tall a dream for them. In a similar manner, a few months ago I joined iCharity.club, an online donating platform, I made more than an #100, 000 from it within a month of joining, but a few months later, the earnings stopped. My d...

FEAR OF CRITICISM; A MAJOR HINDRANCE TO EXCEPTIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Image
If fear of criticism prevents you from doing what you should do, you will never become exceptional in your endeavors; and you might perhaps never achieve anything worth celebrating. The above statement is so true that record has shown that those that refuse to do what they have to do because of what people might say remains average all their lives. No one can count the number of people who have gone down as failures due to this, but we can point to several people who have defied the fear of criticism to do what they have to do and have their name written indelibly in the history book. The fear of criticism has left a lot of people failures and if you check it, you might just find out you are one of them. If you find out you avoid making decisions simply because people will criticize you, then you are one of them, who are going to end up as average in life if fear is not taken. It means you only want to be in people’s good books by doing only those things that makes sense ...

ABUSE OF SELFISHNESS; MANKIND'S WORST PROBLEM

Image
Selfishness is a godly trait! This truth might sound so awkward, but it changes nothing. The abuse of this trait is the reason why we have a lot of anomalies in the world. Selfishness according to "The Image of God", a book written by Soul'e Rhymez is the quest to care about oneself. This however was explained in the book as a trait found in God. The same book stated self-centeredness, stinginess and greediness as ways to abuse selfishness. Selfishness is also an attribute that makes self-love a possibility. It is a virtue on its own, just like selflessness and both could be used in the practice of love. According to The Image of God , selfishness is one of the traits that makes mankind image of God. The writer explained it is the reason why God doesn't share his glory or likes to share it with anyone, this belongs to only him and he guards it jealously. This is made possible by selfishness, a trait which he transferred to us as his image. A...
